The CATI module is a part of the software programme, which is accessible in connection with measuring the Net Promoter score of a company.

CATI stands for “computer assisted telephone interviewing” and is a program which customers can be moved over to if they don’t reply to the questionnaire that was sent out. The purpose of CATI is to get 100% feedback from customers.
